About Our Company
Based in the U.K. HNL Engineering design and manufacture one of the widest ranges of pressure and temperature switches of any company in the world. They are used in virtually all process related industries including chemical, nuclear, pharmaceutical, food, paper, power generation, iron & steel, water, oil & gas, heating & ventilation, etc.
You may well know our products under a different name - HNL Instruments & Controls Ltd. This was our trading name up until January 1st 2004 at which time it was changed to HNL Engineering to reflect the increasing diversity of the manufacture, supply and services that we offer.
HNL now have more than forty-five years instrumentation experience and can assist you in the specification and supply of equipment for pressure, temperature, flow and level measurement applications, as well as other process control and peripheral equipment.
Through our relentless attention to quality, reliability and customer service HNL have built a world-wide client list and for many of our customers our products are standard fitting on their installations.

Product Development
With such a wide range, we can offer solutions for the majority of applications from our standard products. However, if necessary, our team of multi-disciplined engineers will develop a standard product to create a custom solution for your application. By having our own design and manufacturing facilities at HNL, we are able to supply both standard and custom products rapidly.
Quality Contol
The efficient manufacture of reliable quality products demands that our manufacturing techniques are being continually improved. Product manufacture at HNL combines traditional skills and knowledge with the use of CAD, CAM and CNC equipment. The quality systems throughout the company are maintained by accreditation to the rigorous BS EN ISO 9001:2008 standard.
